This story did not begin in a laboratory.

Fifteen years ago...

It began on a volcanic island.

Climbing through the Masca canyon in Tenerife, the original idea was simple: Endurance. Performance.

How far can the human body go - and what truly powers it?
At that time, the vision was not longevity...
It was sport. It was stamina. It was edge.
Around that same period came a scientific revelation that changed everything – the discovery that a simple gaseous molecule acts as a fundamental signaling mediator in the human body.
A molecule so small, yet so decisive, that it regulates circulation, cellular communication, and performance itself.

That concept was not just interesting. It was disruptive.

What began as a sports performance project evolved rapidly.
We started working with professional athletes. Marginal gains became an obsession. Micro-tuning recovery, circulation, oxygen delivery – preparing bodies for the highest level of competition. Elite sport leaves no room for theory.
Only what works survives.

Patterns began to appear.

Athletes responded not only in performance metrics, but in recovery dynamics, resilience, and systemic balance. That was the turning point. Curiosity turned into structured investigation.
What started as applied performance work became formal scientific exploration.

The Foundation

2013
The journey began with a simple but powerful question: How far can human performance and endurance truly extend?
An internal research and development unit was established within the Wellness Institute, marking the first formal step toward structured exploration.

2014
The focus moved fully into the laboratory. Raw materials were tested, combinations refined, and early prototypes developed through persistent experimentation. Initial athlete trials marked the transition from concept to measurable application.

Acceleration and International Emergence

2015
With prototypes demonstrating consistent performance feedback, development intensified.
Collaboration expanded to include elite European athletes preparing for major competitions. Many of those early collaborators later achieved championship and medal-winning success, continuing to work with us as trusted performance partners.

2016
NoxShot stepped onto the international stage with a dedicated presence at FIBO, Europe’s largest fitness and performance trade show.
International partnerships began to form, and collaboration extended to Olympic-level athletes and professional teams – demanding the highest standards of quality, consistency, and responsibility.

The Signalling Pivot

While collaboration with professional athletes continued, new health and wellness patterns began to emerge. Beyond strength and endurance, attention turned toward deeper biological coordination and systemic regulation.

Cellular signalling mechanisms moved to the forefront of investigation. The Nobel Prize–recognized discovery often referred to as the “molecule of life” became a central focus of study, marking a decisive shift from performance alone toward adaptation, resilience, and the biology of aging.

By 2018, this transition had fully matured. The first peer-reviewed scientific publications were released, formalizing years of research into cellular performance, and systemic adaptation. Formulation development expanded beyond sport, increasingly addressing age-related muscle decline and cardiovascular function as part of a broader physiological strategy.

Research Consolidation and Institutional Recognition

2019
Global lockdowns slowed external activity, but research intensified. With laboratories temporarily closed, accumulated data became the foundation for deeper analysis and refinement. This period produced new scientific publications, sharper mechanistic clarity, and improved formulations increasingly focused on aging and systemic health.

2020
The momentum culminated in formal institutional recognition. NoxShot was awarded €480,000 in European Union funding to complete the project titled:
“Innovative Application of Biologically Active Elements for the Prevention of Cardiovascular Insufficiency and Sarcopenia – Healthy Aging.”
This milestone affirmed the scientific foundation and innovative direction of our work, enabling further advancement in research, formulation development, and structured investigation into aging-related physiology.

The Longevity Shift

In 2021, the strategic direction moved decisively beyond sport and into the biology of aging. Cellular signalling mechanisms became central to our investigation, reshaping how we understood adaptation, resilience, and long-term physiological function.

This period marked the development of a proprietary modeling system that enabled rapid screening and selection of active compounds and their application in in vivo models. The objective was clear: to explore how targeted biological support could influence aging-related processes at a systems level.

Multiple scientific articles were produced during this time, reflecting an intensified focus on research, mechanistic clarity, and structured longevity science.

From Research to Accessibility

After years of deep scientific exploration, 2022 became the year of refinement and translation. The focus shifted toward making advanced biological research more accessible without compromising precision or integrity.

Formulations were continuously optimized for stability, usability, and broader application beyond elite performance environments. The objective was no longer limited to high-level athletes, but extended toward structured support for the general population.

This period laid the groundwork for scalable, targeted longevity solutions — bridging laboratory insight with real-world implementation.

Targeted Longevity Architecture

In 2023, demographic realities became impossible to ignore. With global populations aging at an unprecedented rate, the need for structured, biology-informed support grew increasingly clear.

This year marked a decisive shift toward targeted formulation design. Distinct biological patterns underlying female and male aging processes were mapped into coordinated physiological axes — creating the foundation for differentiated support strategies.

From this work, the concepts of AURA and RA were born: two structured formulations developed to address age-related adaptation through a signal-driven, systems-level approach.

A Defining Sporting Milestone

In 2024, the Ukraine Men’s National Ice Hockey Team achieved gold at the IIHF World Championship Division I Group B. NoxShot was proud to be part of the team’s structured performance support environment during this campaign.

This milestone reflected the trust placed in our formulations at the highest levels of competitive sport. Supporting national-level athletes required uncompromising quality standards, precision, and disciplined scientific work - representing one of the most demanding collaborative projects undertaken by our team.

The Convergence

After more than a decade of research, experimentation, refinement, and evolution, the vision reached structural clarity.

In autumn 2025, AURA and RA were formally introduced - two targeted physiological modulators developed from years of investigation into signalling science, aging biology, and systems-level formulation design.

What began in performance laboratories matured into structured longevity architecture. AURA and RA represent the integration of research, modelling, athletic collaboration, and biological insight - translating complex physiological understanding into precise, daily protocols.

This was not a new beginning.
It was the convergence of everything that came before.

The journey deepened into academia. The fascination grew:
How can one tiny signaling molecule influence so many biological systems? That question shaped years of research, experimental models, and eventually a doctoral path.
The work expanded from athletes to controlled laboratory models, allowing us to investigate mechanisms at the cellular and systemic level.

What we discovered was not a product.

It was a principle!
