Hydrolysed Collagen - 5,000 mg: Low-molecular weight peptides (avg. 2.5 kDa) to support collagen formation and connective tissue health. 

Sunflower Lecithin - 1,500 mg: Including 900 mg Phospholipids, supporting cell membrane structure and nutrient transport. 

Dandelion Root Extract - 330 mg: Traditionally used for urinary and liver function support.

Vitamin C (Sodium L-Ascorbate) - 200 mg: Contributes to collagen formation, immune function, and protection of cells from oxidative stress.  

Zinc (as Zinc Gluconate) - 10 mg: Supports skin, hair, nails, immune function, and cognitive performance.

Dosage & Daily Usage 

Daily Serving – Take one RA sachet (22 g) per day. Each sachet is one full daily dose. Do not exceed.

How to Prepare RA

1. Add WaterPour ± 160 ml of cold or room-temperature still water into your RA shaker. (The shaker is designed for this exact amount.)

2. Add the PowderOpen one RA sachet (22 g) and pour the contents into the shaker. Each sachet is one full daily dose.

3. Seal and ShakeClose the shaker tightly and shake vigorously for 15–30 seconds. RA contains natural ingredients without artificial dissolvers, so proper shaking ensures full activation and an even blend.

4. Optional: Adjust to Your Taste- If you prefer a milder taste, mix RA in a larger glass with extra water or your preferred beverage. You may also mix RA with cold juice or any beverage you prefer.

Do not use hot water or liquids above 40°C (104°F) – heat may reduce the effectiveness of natural nutrients.

Length of One Cycle:

One AURA cycle consists of 30 consecutive days. Each day builds on the effects of the last – consistency is essential.

Between Cycles:

After completing a 30-day cycle:

• Take a 2–3 month pause
• Repeat 3–4 cycles per year for the best long-term support

Important:

One Per Day Only! Do not take more than one serving in a day. Higher doses will not improve results and may disrupt nutrient balance.

Storage & Freshness:

Before Opening:
Store RA sachets in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Do not expose to high temperatures.

After Opening a Sachet:
Each sachet is single-use.Open only when you’re ready to mix and consume.Use the contents immediately after opening to ensure maximum freshness and nutrient stability.
Do Not Store Prepared Liquid

• Always mix RA fresh. Do not prepare in advance or store a mixed drink for later - natural ingredients lose effectiveness after hydration.Avoid Heat and Contamination.
• Do not store sachets in hot or humid areas (stovetops, heaters, bathrooms, cars in summer).
• Keep sachets sealed until the moment of use.
