RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Due to the nature of our products as ingestible food supplements, all NoxShot products (including AURA and RA) are subject to strict hygiene and safety standards.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURN ELIGIBILITY
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.
Accordingly:
- Opened, unsealed, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded;
- Products with broken safety seals are non-returnable;
- Partially consumed products are non-refundable;
- Subjective dissatisfaction or individual results do not qualify for refunds.
Eligible returns may only be accepted for:
- Unopened and unused products in original sealed packaging;
- Incorrect items delivered;
- Products damaged during shipping;
- Verified manufacturing defects.
RETURN REQUEST CONDITIONS
To request an eligible return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery at:
info@noxshot.com
Your request must include:
- Order number;
- Full name used for the order;
- Description of the issue;
- Clear photographic evidence where applicable.
NOXshot reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds where:
- The product has been opened, used, or improperly stored;
- The safety seal has been removed or damaged;
- Insufficient proof of purchase is provided;
- Abuse, excessive refund requests, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
REFUNDS
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval of the returned product.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact info@noxshot.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of:
- The shipping packaging;
- The product received;
- The shipping label.
If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
